What's better, we only work with importers who pay a premium price to small lot farmers for the amazing coffee they produce. This approach helps ensure the sustainability of exceptional tasting coffee into the future.

Finally, we small-batch roast to order for each customer, which means we personally curate (select, roast, grind, pack and ship) your chosen green coffee, ensuring maximum attention, freshness and taste character at each touchpoint.

We are not a massive, quality-blind roasting operation, but rather a bespoke, quality-driven micro-roastery.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club and Discover, as well as Cash App, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe's secure payment platform.

We also offer PayPal as an option. 

With all methods of payment, you do not incur any fees.

Do you ever offer discounts?

Yes! We have flash sales from time to time that we don't officially announce, so bookmark our site and check back often.

Also, keep an eye on our email newsletters and socials for sale announcements and code drops.

Promo codes cannot be combined and often expire quickly, so use use 'em or lose 'em!

Don't forget, we always offer free shipping on orders above $35. We ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

Our goal is to deliver to you the best coffee you've ever tasted, period. In the unlikely event this isn't the case, simply contact us for a refund or replacement. Done!

If I live/work in the South Florida area, may I pick up my order in person?

By all means! When you place your order, you may specify this option and we will text instructions to you directly. We are located in North Broward/South Palm Beach County region, just north of Fort Lauderdale.

How is my coffee shipped?

In short, safely and securely! Our packaging is safety-sealed and tamper-proof for your protection. We offer shipping via USPS, UPS and FedEx, with delivery options ranging from next day to next week, depending on your needs.

Orders over $35 always ship free, simply select the lowest-priced shipping option presented at checkout;  the shipping charge will zero out before you submit your payment. Done and dusted!

We also offer local delivery in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale/West Palm Beach area via Uber Direct. If you'd like this option, please select the "pickup" option at checkout and follow the instructions. We'll be in touch on the cost and timing.

Are your coffees organic, and fair trade?

In a word - yes! It is not practical or possible for many of the small lot/subsistence farmers with whom we work to earn some or all "official" certifications, as they require extensive time and monetary investment.

However, we ONLY do business with farms through our importers that meet/exceed these standards from a practical standpoint, whether they have the privilege to use the official seals or not.

Our importers (as do we) ALWAYS pay above market prices for the coffees we buy, thus helping these micro-lot farms continue to produce exceptional coffee in line with the specialty coffee industry's best practices and ethical sourcing guidelines.

May I have my coffee roasted to a different level/profile than indicated in the product description?

Of course! Do keep in mind that our indicated roast levels are not by gosh or by golly; they serve to optimize each coffee's unique flavor characteristics based on our sample roasting and cupping protocols. We roast and cup until we get it just right.

That said, if you'd like something a bit different, please indicate in the special instructions field during checkout what you'd like to have done, and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

Do you sell K-Cups or Nespresso style capsules?

That's a no. We really dislike the negative environmental effects of the single use capsule waste; we recommend pairing our coffees with the reusable K-Cups and Nespresso style capsules available for $10-$20 on sites like Amazon.

If you like, we can grind your coffee for you too. When placing your order, simply select "drip grind" if you use K-Cups and "espresso grind" if you use capsules.

The stainless-steel versions of these reusable products are best for both minimizing environmental impact and maximizing taste.
