Our green coffees come from small and micro-lot family farms throughout the "Bean Belt" - in particular, only those practicing organic and sustainable farming methods.

How We Work.
We roast your coffee "first come, first serve" upon receipt of the order.
Your order is typically on its way to you within 1–2 days, depending on our order volumes at any given time.
Whole bean coffee generally ships the day after it roasts; if you request a grind type for your coffee, we "rest" your roasted coffee in whole bean form for 24 hours before we grind and ship it to allow for optimal flavor development.
We take great care in roasting, packaging and shipping your coffee to ensure its enduring freshness and flavor. Excellence is no accident!
